My 2mb telkom adsl line was installed last year September (2012) but i've been struggling with very slow speeds since day one. I can browse sites but i can't stream or download anything, even though i'm on an unshaped, capped account.

I've been with about five different ISP's since September and the speed has been the same with every single ISP. Every time I log a fault, I am told that the problem with my Telkom line

When we log the fault with Telkom I get told that "the fault has been restored" - but the speeds stay the same. My average download speed is 159kbps - according to MyBroadband's average speed ranking I should get an average download speed of 1 Mbps with my 2mb line.

Is it possible to look into this issue as i'm really close to cancelling my Telkom line.
