I have had a query with Cell C for just on two years!!! I have peen paying for a handset that I dont have and a contract that I cancelled!! To date they still debit my account monthly!!! I have tried for this whole period to atleast get the handset I have been paying for but to no avail!!! I have forwarded the documentation to several employees to have the problem sorted, always received promises that the person in charge of the department would contact me to sort thre issue, but nothing to date!
