I sent an email online to MTN regarding the lack of delivery of my billing documents to my email address - but no response. I have not received proper billing documents (invoice and statements) from MTN consistently this year. Is this such a difficult service to provide? I requested that my billing docs rather be emailed than posted (on mtnsp) and since then I am lucky if I get to see any. I need to claim from my company on a monthly basis and without these docs it makes it very difficult as they refuse to pay me without them. Could MTN please send me March and April and May statements and invoices and ensure that I get these consistently every month in future!
