I am no longer happy with Vodacom, their pricing their network-everything, and so I decided to move to Cell C. I waited until my contract expired and then took a new contract with Cell C and now want to port my number to Cell C which you would think would be easy enough-think again! Vodacom deny the request every time with stupid petty reasons. Cell C says it's Vodacom, Vodacom says Cell C. I don't care-I no longer want to Vodacom as my cellular supplier-how much more clear do i need to make this. Best of all is that Vodacom call center hangs up on me mid call!!
