Telkom Line Fault:2 months and still no solution

I reported a fault on our Telkom business line on the 13/03/2013. The technician came in and told me it was my telephone unit. I thus purchased a second telephone unit and the fault remained. I contacted Telkom again to confirm it was not the telephone unit and it was infact the telephone line and request they come out to repair the same fault on the 27/04/2013 REF 25CW270413. On 30th April 2013 Telkom came out and told me to purchase another telephone unit as the Telkom one I had was faulty. I subsequently contacted telkom again 3/05/2013 REF 25cwz270413 to report the same fault. Then days later received a message saying the fault had been corrected which was impossible as no one had come out and the line was still faulty. This continued again after logging another fault complaint and receiving another "line had been fixed" sms with no one coming out. I have subsequently logged further fault complaint today 14/05/2013 using REF 101CW2140513. When asking to speak to the supervisor, none are available and "will call back". I am at my wits end, our business line has been broken for two months, we are losing business and telkom do nothing!
