I've had intermittent connectivity since around December last year. Despite numerous complaints logged via the Afrihost website and phone calls made, this problem has never been sorted out.
I've been unable to connect to the internet at all since Thursday 2 May. Both my routers sync to the exchange, but I can't authenticate a session with my Afrihost account or my MWEB account. The Telkom guest login details don't even authenticate.
Afrihost, who manages my ADSL line said the problem is with Telkom, and they'd take it up with them. Ja, the same way you've blamed Telkom for my bad connectivity since December and made promises to look into it?
I decided to phone Telkom myself and according to them the problem with with the ISP managing my line because the line syncs just fine.
I don't think I'm being unreasonable, especially after 5 months of issues. ALL I'm asking is that you please MANAGE my line. Life was actually easier when I still had my line with Telkom.
