3 days for a sim swap

My phone was on Thursday. When I went to Autopage Menlyn on Friday I was told that my phone would be working by Saturday morning. I spent 4 hours on Saturday on the phone to various people about my phone not connecting. Each one promised me that my phone had been logged with head office and would be working soon. In desperation I went to Brooklyn Autopage and they told me that the sim card did not exist on the system, and had not been logged in anywhere! I phoned Menlyn once again andwas promised that my phone would be working first thing Monday. It is now 12:30 Monday. I have made 4 phonecalls to Autopage and my phone is not yet working. I have received a phonecall from the "manager" who says it is fixed. I cannot make outgoing calls... or do anything else on my Blackberry. Not once have I received a sincere apology. I needed my phone for the anniversay of my Father's death on Sat to contact my loved ones. Autopage, you are shocking!
