Good day

please make one thing clear for me as I have a contract and its on Smart S package and have phoned to cap my limit, my limit was R50 and ask to make it a R100, so they added another R50 which I understand I can be billed for. My problem is when I got a message that my data bundles are running out and should dial *111# I did dial the number and bought 100 data bundles for R49 and then after I bought 250 data bundles the funny thing is I cant even use these data bundles that I bought they are just laying there and I am being billed for them for something I didnt even use and the one for 100 MB is going to expire end of May, so I am being ripped off because I have to pay for something I didnt use. I have checked my balance and it reads like this YOU HAVE 102 MIN, 0.00 MB OF DATA, 350 MB NIGHT OWL DATA, 162 MSG'S. my problem is I have checked this night owl thing of yours and saw that it works from 12am to 05 am, the funny thing is it doesnt say anything when I'm buying data bundles so to me this is a rip off, its either you fix this problem or I wont pay something I didnt use. sort this out because this is a total rip off, I bought these data bundles to use them for my app
