Good day

On the 4th April I discovered I was billed for an upgrade I called Cresta MTN about, however when I called it was simply an enquiry on the new Blackberry 10 and the next I called and said I was not interested, I was however charged for this upgrade non the less. I called MTN SP immediately and was told it would be reversed. It wasnt. I then called on the 3rd May and was told it was logged with the wrong department so nothing was done and of course no one called me - I was given the refernce number 99649951 I called today, 13 May to ensure this matter was now cleared, of course though it wasnt because the person who did the log didnt put my number down with the log. now that simply amazes me that a reference number cannot be linked to the number. I now get given another reference number 100030624 and was told by the end of the week it should be sorted.. Its no wonder Ive decided to cancel my contract with MTN, if this is the service one gets
