It came to my attention last week that some people were unable to reach me on my vodacom number. On Saturday morning I tested it myself. I dialed my number from a vodacom number and it went through, tried with Cell C, 8ta and telkom landline and it worked. When I tried with an MTN number it did not go through. All people that complained about not being able to reach me are on MTN. I logged a call with the call center around 7:30 on Saturday (11/05/2013) and was told the issue will be resolved within 24-48 hours. More than 48 hours later the problem is still not resolved. I am still even waiting for the reference number of that call which they said they will send via sms.
This is unacceptable as i am missing important calls and right now I am not able to do my online banking as the sms are being blocked.
Can somebody please sort this thing out!!!
