After years of problems with Vodacom regarding no internet access at home I decided to leave Vodacom and go to CellC. I had an booster antenna and wi-fi router installed in my house. Nashua Monile installed the router on the morning of 8 May and informed me that the simcard would be activated between 2 and 24 hours later.

We are now on DAY 4 and still NO activation of simcard and still no internet access. What type of staff or technology does CellC have that they can't activate a simcard on 4 days?

Firstly I want to know why CellC cannot activate a simcard in 4 days - well it has been 4 days and counting?

Secondly I didn't receive the service I am paying for I would like a CellC SENIOR representative call me and explain how they will be compensating me?

It now seems that moving away from Vodacom and going to CellC was only moving the pathetic service to a different company.

I sure was an signing a 2 year contract with a company without first investigating if they understand the concept of actually providing the service I will be paying for!
