On the 18 January 2012 I went on to the MTN website and requested a contract.
I filled in all my details on the website and I received a call stating that they will deliver my phone the next week. i asked the representative on the phone how will i fill in the contract agreement and he advised that the person delivering will have all the paperwork that i need to fill in.

The incorrect phone colour. We got in contact with his manager via the mtn representatives cell phone and I told him to cancel the request as I no longer wanted the phone because they couldn't supply me with the correct phone.
The manager advised that he would sort it out and cancel it. I never signed any MTN agreements binding me to any contract.
Now more than a year later i found out about a contract that i never took and i am handed over to attorneys for a phone and sim card that I never received or signed for. I am being constantly hounded for a contract that I never signed for. It's funny that more than a year had passed before they realized that no debit order had ever went off my account.
Highly frustrated because noone can even assist
