OUT OF BOX FAILURE SAMSUNG S4

On 27/04/13, I went 2 Vodashop Eastgate, I applied for contract on a New Samsung S4, application was approved, I pick de SmartM deal for R499 per month, I was so eager 2 get my hands on de best smart phone in de world "MY BUDDY" I call it. I got home, assembled & charged it for 6 hrs. I couldn't wait 2 know my life mate, unfortunately I didn't get 2 enjoy cause the phone was erratically freezing & restarting without a notice, I called Vodashop Eastgate on Monday I spoke to Nyiko who advised that I have to return it for Out Of Box Failure as it was under 7 days as according 2 de contract it will be traded with a new one, I did dat on 29/04/13, he examined the phone & find no grazes on it, I signed de document. On 30/04/13 Nyiko call 2 tell me dat de OBF has been rejected due to a grazes on de phone, I ask him how come because I brought it 2 him without a sole graze on it & he couldn't say. Today is Monday 10/05/13 & I still do not have a phone, I've been going 2 de store daily 2 enquire regarding the progress & I still don't have a new phone, de OBF has been rejected twice. I just want a new phone or fixed one with no grazes like de 1 brought. I only use the phone once folks :-|| :@
