Contract upgrade

Firstly I'm due for an upgrade with Cell C right! i phoned the call centre to do an upgrade WOW easy peesy for them to do and on top of that i change my Contract from a top up R200 to a R399 open contract giving them even more... i contacted them on Friday 3 May 2013 and not only do i have one contract but 2.

they migrated my number immediately to the new contract without informing me which make my simcard useless at the moment as i still didn't receive my handheld a week later. Monday 6 May nothing Tuesday May they said they delivering a phone note i phoned them the Wednesday delivery was done but only one phone received and i did the upgrade for both phone at the exact same time!!!

how does this work???
how do you get it right to deliver one phone of the exact same type style and colour order that was done at the same time and day and tell me there's no stock from wednesday up until now the answer remains no stock!!!
