Blackberry contract phone on saver7 repairs

I took my phone to festival mall on the 28 December 2012 for repairs you cannot hear a person when they speak on the line you have to put them on speakers .on the same day i received an sms saying the phone has been booked for repairs and that was the last time i heard from 8ta and i called the customer service who told it usually takes 21 days to fix the phone and maybe they will call me.

i have a contract phone that i pay every month and now i am out without the phone and i am expected to pay still.
the service is really poor that i receive from 8ta since i ever took the contract with them.
