Migrated MTN Top Up to MTN anytime contract

On the 30th of April 2013 I went to MTN Westgate for a phone upgrade and sim swap. I was helped at the shop, he upgraded me to the new Samsung S4. I was on MTN Top Up. I lost my sim card hence I wanted a new Sim Card. Since the sim card had 4 months unused airtime and data. I told him that I still want to be on MTN Top Up. He agreed and did the sim swap and I paid cash for it. He agreed and gave me the phone and sim swap on the basis that I am on MTN TOP UP. I called MTN on the 10th of MAY 2013 to check my phone balance, assuming I had unused airtime from the time my sim was lost. To my shock they told me I was no longer on TOP UP but on ANY TIME CONTRACT. Which I was not aware of and was never told to me, I went to MTN WESTGATE to find out why i was migrated to MTN ANYTIME CONTRACT, The lady who was supposed to assist me said that the person who helped me was JOHN and it was his day off. She told me that the 7 day period to revert back to my original contract has lapsed. The lady said she could not assist me. She told me to come back on Monday when John is back As she could not go and get my papers.

I want to go back to MTN TOP and was not happy with the Service provided.
