Hi,

I use to have an accounts with Vodacom which I paid up, last one was paid full in 2011. I'm currently experiencing abuse from another group of collectors saying that I should pay R576.27. I called Vodacom Legal and they told me that there is no account under my name which needs to be paid and the account I had was paid in full. And Vodacom Legal told me to tell VVM Collectors to call them if they call me.

VVM Collectors called me again asking me to pay, I told them to contact Vodacom as I was told by Vodacom Legal. The guy from VVM I spoke to insisted that he will keep calling me and not prepared to call Vodacom. He says I should give him proof of payment; and when I tell him that the payment was made long time ago and I've lost my proof. He does not want to listen. Please help I'm so tired of this.
