I phoned the after sales call center to follow up on a order I placed on Wednesday where after I received an sms confirming my order is currently a back order and they will contact me shortly. It has been 2 days. The sms also advised me to contact 0821945 should I have any queries. This morning shortly after 08h00 I phoned and held for 35 min. Tried again 10min later and held for 25 min. Then phoned customer care, got through within 1 minute and consultant who was very nice (Lebohang) explained he cannot assist me but will kindly transfer me once again to sales call centre. Held for another 10 minutes and then decided this is a waste of my time.
People do you want my business or not? If so pls contact me today still and arrange delivery of my device otherwise I will cancel my order and go elsewhere.
