On 31 December 2012, I ordered an iPhone 4S 32gig from a company called Standard Stores Electronics and paid them R3999, 00 using my Discovery Card but paying the money into a Capitec bank account after I received an invoice from them, they then dispatched the phone via a company called FKD Couriers - I had to pay them upfront a delivery charge as well as insurance which would have been refunded to me on receipt of the iPhone - I also used my Discovery card to pay the amount into a Capitec bank account. The iPhone was never delivered to me,
Standard Stores Electronics then undertook to send me a replacement phone and another courier company contacted me, Safe-line Couriers and Cargo and I once again was requested to pay an amount of R874, 26 (from my Discovery Card into a FNB bank account) which was the delivery charges in order to get my iPhone delivered to me. Once again no iPhone was delivered and both companies are incommunicado.
This company never intended to send the phone to me and are in cahoots with the different courier companies to extort money. Do not order from this company.
