Things change with Cellc and they dont even let the customers know.

i have two cotracts with Cellc, and by far i have been the loyal customer with cellc, now that i have skipped on payment for last month now they block both my phones, the other phone was paid for but they both blocked and i got a reason from call centre yesterday that because im the account holder the one contract affects the other, i dont understand why this has all of a sudden changed when the last time this happened they blocked the wrong phone and i called and they unblocked it cause the other phone was paid for.

im really dissapointed with this, couldnt i have been notified before that from now on if i dont pay one contract then the other will also been blocked, and i did promise that wil pay the money on the 20th.

it hasnt been even a month over due but they blocking both my contract, i have been warned about cell c before but i didnt listen now i know, they get incompetent something :(

im not renewing my contracts ever again, so dissapointed.
