Wrong contract - Out of bundle rates

I took up an upgrade on my data contract with Vodacom in Garden centre Cape Town in Sept 2012. I specifically ask for the 2Gig top up 24 month top up contract as I don't want to be exposed to out of bundle rates.

I signed for a 2Gig op up contract and the sales agent advised me that when my data runs out that I will not be able to connect unless I purchase data bundles and I will never be charged out of bundle rates.

My monthly bill is very high as I have 3 contracts running at the same time. And have been with Vodacom for a while.

Since January Vodacom has however charged me out of bundle rates and has now totaled to almost R3000.

I went to the Vodacom in Gardens end March as it was the first time I picked up the extra costs and asked for an explanation. They said they will request a copy of my contract. Nothing realized and I had to call the Vodacom data warehouse myself to get a copy. It clearly states on the copy of the contract that I signed up for Vodacom 2Gig top up.

My contract has now been corrected, as I have send thought a signed migration doc but have not heard anything of the overcharging that occurred. It is now been 6 weeks since the initial request.
