I am waiting from beginning of April already for my upgrade phone, Samsung Galaxy 3 mini smart phone, I left about 4 messages for the manager to phone me, and phoned about 7 times and was instore about 5times enquiring about it.. The instore service is terrible and if someone not coming back to me I am gonna change my to another network. They will not go out theire way to assist you. Very disapointed.
