Vodacom
New phone

I upgrade the 1st May 2013 to a bb 9230- the salesperson told me about the ridiculous 7day period. If the phone is faulty within 7 days of purchase Vodacom send it off to JHB and only there after you can get a new phone. What happened to the customer consumer act? Do's that not reply on everybody if you not satisfied with the product you can take it back.
I charge the battery and it still not last me a half day - when I took the phone yesterday morning and ask they must just check in the shop what is wrong with the battery and give me a new battery he refuse. I must go back home to fetch the box and everything and bring the phone back - they will send it off to JHB and after 7days I will get a reply. In the meantime I have no phone...
This is really ridiculous that there is not a person in the shops that can just test the batteries and make a decision.
I think the phone companies must really work on how to keep the costumer happy...
