I have absolutely had it with Cell C!!! I have been waiting TWO weeks for my refund in respect of a double payment. Cell C advised me via Hello Peter, e-mail and sms's that the EFT in respect of the refund was processed during the course of last week. When I phoned to find out when payment will be made into my Capitec account they said it would be in my account on Thursday (9 May). I've just received a call from an agent advising me that they have deducted the May 2013 account from the refund amount and therefore the refund amount will be less!!! I have other things to pay with the refund money!!! Cell C must ensure that the FULL refund is made into my account BY TOMORROW (9 MAY) failing which I will lodge complaints against it at the consumer board, newspapers and will have a letter addressed to them by attorneys claiming interest on the refund amount from the date that they debited my account. IT TAKES THEM 5 MINUTES TO DEDUCT MONEY - WRONGLY - FROM MY ACCOUNT BUT IT TAKES THEM TWO WEEKS TO REFUND SOME!! OF THE MONEY!!!
