Deduct premiums after husbund died

Dear Peter
On the 9th of December 2012 my husband died George Johannes Kleynhans
Went to Malmesbury Branch on the 11th January to cancel his total Account and transfered
my Account for my cell no to my own Bank Account. And told them NOT to deduct any further premiums from his Absa Account (Lizelle was not any helpfull or friendly, ) I asked for duplicts of all the Doments which was handed to her.
Because of that I went to Paarl Branch the next day and gave them all the papers as well. (they were very friendly and helpfull.)
They still deducted the money from his Account! Which must be payed back.
My own email [Email Removed] does not work since that day I
Phoned Benja Maartins at 0831555 which also were very friendly and helpfull. Because we could not the fix the problem I had to phone 083808 which the person was extremely arrogant. He told me that the Account is suspended, for which reason I do not know?
Got a 2 year Contract with them but want to cancel everything because of their bad service.
