Non delivery of service

I have been patiently trying to work through [Email Removed] trying to resolve impossibly slow connection speeds, after initially being very good last year when I initially subscribed.
Slow and no response when trying to use proper channels. i.e email provided.
Want a refund as there is no delivery of service!!!
