Frustrated Cell C Breach of Contract 10 months NOW

I received an email from Funiwe Hintsho (Tue 4/30/2013 11:44 AM) Please send me the copy of the contract so that I can be able to assist you. I reply to her email and send Funiwe the proof of the contract papers that I signed for. She assist me and did see the mistake that Cell C made. Funiwe assist me and keep me up to date and inform me about all feedback that she could provide. Funiwe knows how to do her job and she was friendly at all time, keep apologize for CELL C mistakes. Funiwe phoned me on Tue 7-05-2013 14H00. She explained to me that the mistake of my contact package will be corrected. As soon as this happens she will give feedback to me and give me all necessary information. 17H00 I SAW MY 126 MINUTES, 140SMS, 140DATA ARE GONE that was paid up front. I HAVE 38;46MINUTES, 40SMS, 40.32 DATA LEFT FOR THE MONTH. I CALL 084140 I SPOKE TO Sindile and she said the system show my contract have chance. But there are no Info that she can help me with she even spoke to the floor manager. She will put a query in for me as theirs no info on the system.
