Cell C has suspended my services yesterday. I have made an payment on the 22 April which was on the invoice. Now they suspended my services for R39 which is Get It services. Why was this not added to my invoice??? How can they just cut all 3 lines of my cellphones. If the amount was on my invoice i would of paid it. I mean i even pay my account before the end of the month... I think this is so disrespectful towards me. My husband is in JHB and cant make phone calls to his clients at all. I have tried many times to contact you but none of you can help me. I have made the payment of R39 and i even faxed and emailed it. The one person told me if i email it the service will be back within 2 hrs. What!!! Still not connected. This is poor poor poor sevices Cell C. Really how can you just suspend my account without giving me an invoice of R39 for GET IT. But your account has been paid. Sies man!!!
