Vodacom wrongfully blocked my MTN contract mobile

On the 16th of April 2013 my mobile phone was accidentally blocked by Vodacom, when I had called MTN to find out what was wrong with my mobile handset as it is a contract MTN mobile phone they had advised me that Vodacom has blacklisted my mobile and that I should call them.
I had called Vodacom the same day and I was then told I should go into a Vodacom store with a copy of my ID to fill out forms in order for them to unblock my phone, I went into Vodacom the 27th of April 2013 and followed the required procedure I had waited the requested 48 working hours and had still not received any feedback and my mobile was still blocked. On the 2nd of May I had emailed Vodacom requesting feedback on the matter as I couldn't understand how Vodacom could block an MTN contract mobile, I had received an response stating that they would address my issue within 24 hours and get back to me. No one had gotten back to me I received an sms on the 6th of May stating that I should send in proof of purchase of my mobile in order to have the phone unblocked which I had done. I am very upset that is matter has taken almost three weeks to be seen to and is still not resolved to this day.
