Four weeks ago i have made and applications for an phone (LG optimus L9). I had to phone them almost everyday to find out how is the progress of my application. The following week when i phoned the person who helped me said that the phone will be delivered in the following week. I have phoned again the Wednesday in the following week and the person said that they don't have stock of that type of phone and they don't know when they going to get stock, then i have changed the phone to an Samsung s3 mini that the person said will be delivered in the following week on Monday or Tuesday. I phoned them on Tuesday afternoon to ask if the phone are going to be delivered. The person who helped me said that the contract is been cancelled i must do a new application.

I have made a new application last week and so far i have not heard anything from them. Looks like i have to go thru the same story again. That is cell c with bad service and it have bad network coverage in Impala Park, Boksburg.
