Cell C overbilling

I got a Cell C data special offer for R99 pm for 2gigs for my tablet. I was activated mid-March and got pro-rata data. The reason why I signed up is the salesperson who phoned me told me it will be R99 per month and whatever data was leftover will be rolled over to the next month. To my shock end of April I got billed R166 even though I did not use up the 1Gig, and my data bundles did not rollover. They also told me there are no activation fees nothing, it will just be the R99 per month.

If I am going to be overbilled every month I would rather cancel this contract as I am not prepared to pay more than R99 a month. I have not received a statement from Cell C for my account. I am really actually starting to lose patience with Cell C as for my sim card to be activated it called for me to complain on HelloPeter before anything was done about it.

Please can someone contact me regarding this overbilling so I can know how to proceed from here onwards, whether I stay will Cell C or leave.
