Bad service!!

I ordered a phone on the 4 April, I waited a week I followed up then got told that there is no stock. I waited for another 2 weeks then phoned for an update. Then got told that my phone went to Cape Town when my address on the system shows Bryanston. Since the 26 April my phone been invoiced and NO ONE knows where my phone is and still trying to locate it. No manager phones to explain, I need to keep mailing and phoning to find out where is my phone. This is BAD BAD BAD service and I am cancelling tomorrow if no one phones me by then. How can a phone just go missing, how can you take so long to deliver my phone. This is over a month now!! But you quick to take money off my account every month!!
