Need my money as soon as posible

I went to the mtn store in wesbank in january and wanted a upgrade as i was on a top up 100. the next day i was advised i cant upgrade and only in april. A debit order went of in february i was charged fot the upgrade and in march again and april. The store requested the upgrade to be canceled and the changed me from 200 to top up 100 and fees was charged and that fees elimanated that needs to be paid back. Itook up the phone in april and because im not recieving my money i took the phone back and the phone was send back to the wearhouse by the store reff M2837751.

so this meens i should be on a top up 100 and my money for the months of feb to april that is my money that was deducted.

i have been running around for the last 3 months and no1 is assisting me regarding this.

not sure weather mtn wants to be contacted from my attorney to resolve this matter or if i should contact the cell phone ombudsman regarding this.

and please note that i will not be waiting 21 working days as i have been fighting for the last for months
