Good Day

I have a applied for a contract on the 25th April and received the handset on the 02nd May 2013.
I received the incorrect colour and a new no, after specify to the sales agent I would like to have my old no and a white phone.

Phone received: Blackberry Z10 black (Not Sure what no)
Phone applied for: Blackberry Z10 White and my contact no 084 778 6230

In total i held on for 6 hours and no help
