On the 25th of April I called in to upgrade my cell c number with the call centre. Spoke a gentleman there. he did the entire upgrade with me and even read me the terms and conditions and everything and told me that I will get my phone within 7 working days. I phoned on the 30th April 2013 and spoke to a lady there who told me that there was no upgrade done and that there was something on the system blocking the upgrade from being done and it will take 24 to 48 hours to remove this from the system. On the 03rd of May I called in again to do the upgrade and I spoke to another lady there and she told me that the upgrade was already done on the 30 April but they cannot see what handset I upgraded to and they keep putting me back and forth from the upgrades department to the follow up dept and I keep getting the same response each time. I am becoming very frustrated now and I even asked to speak to the Supervisor or Manager but even they refuse on taking my calls. I am not sure what to do as I do not know what has been done on my contract as I am afraid that I will be put on the wrong package and will end up paying much more than what I am already paying... PLEASE HELP!!!
