My blackberry was giving me problems and i sent it in for repairs in the last week of November. I was notified that it had been received in the 1st week of December. After that i heard nothing until i eventually made a phone call on the 8th of January upon which no one knew what i was talking about, and promised to get back to me, but did not do so. At that time did not deal with Luke, but another lady working the shop. I then phoned again the following day when i spoke to Luke and he said my phone should have been delivered. Another 2 days passed without any word back and on the 11th i was told that it would be arriving on FRiday that afternoon or Monday and i would get a phone call. I did not hear anything once again and phone on Tuesday the 16th of january, upon which i made it clear that service was unacceptable and expected a phone call back. I did receive notification that my phone was delivered today and that i should come collect. Shop hours are until 18:00. I rushed to get there before they closed only to get the and find they had closed at 17:00. This is the cherry on the cake after waiting nearly 2 months for my phone, it is just unacceptable service!
