Dissatisfaction with service and feedback

OK... Long story short there were numerous issue with my line and account creation at Mweb. Bottom line my issues got sorted after hours on the phone and a lot of airtime later.

My current issue though is based on the fact that my service gets restored and i decided to update my out of date games and services. A PS3 system update, a GT5 Update, DayZ update and Guild Wars 2 update coming in at 8 gig later, my account is now throttled at 0.14Kbps. I contacted Tech support who said 3 days to get rid of throttling. The following day being Monday i contacted the sales person i had been dealing with and asked to be upgraded to the premium uncapped solution as the only reason i have net is to play online which i now cant do.

After being told the issue was being escalated on Monday 29/04 i waited till Wednesday 01/05 for the throttling to lift. Which it still hasn't up to current date 03/05. I have contacted the sales person multiple times via mail and phone and still i am being told "We are waiting on feedback.".

What infuriates me is i'm willing to throw money at someone just to get my line restored but apparently we cant even do that.

Pretty disappointing.
