CellC Cancellations / "Retention Department"
I tried to phone 29 Apr 2013 to try to get response to my emails - I need written confirmation... You ignored my emails of 11 and 23 April 2013!
I was put through to "Retention department" and could hear the 'consultants' voices before putting me on hold again!!... costed me many rands to phone from Telkom line - It is practically impossible to phone from here using CellC phone due to horrible CellC signal and dropped calls .. (Lack of) CellC service and way in which you 'serve' customers by phone at 084 140 is VERY annoying to put it mildly.
THE ABOVE AFTER ZERO RESPONSE to email "Formal notice of contract termination" with signed notice attached 11 Apr 2013 20:22 followed up 2013/04/23
