WRONGFULL SUSPENSION OF CELLULAR LINE

I was horrified yesterday morning when I received a land line phone call from a client informing me that my cell line has been suspended. This is the message from virgin mobile to my clients trying to do business with me.
When I phoned the customer care line from my home line they took 25 minutes to answer my call. From my cell line the phone just stop wringing, nobody answered, waisting my valuable working time of my business!!! I was then informed by Nompumelo that they are working on their system and that my line was wrongfully disconnected and that they will rectify the problem asap. At 15h00 my cell line was still telling my clients that my cell line has been suspended, costing my business to loose valuable orders and money.
There has been a debit order in place for the past couple of years for the payment of this account. No notifications of any suspension was ever received by me and I feel very offended and humiliated by their actions. HOW DARE THEY!!!
