I have two contracts with cell c.

For the second month, i have been sent an sms saying i owe cell c. Last month, my services were suspended clearly because someone there didnt record my proof of payment. Now this month im told that i owe again because billing captured that specific payment under one cell phone number and failed to do it for the other one. Everyone keeps on blaming the system for their incompetence. Is cell c going to suspend my services again because someone there doesnt understand the system they work on daily.

I am really going to cancel both my contracts, hopefully another network provider can provide me with a better service.
