I bought A Nokia Lumia 920 On the 23rd of November, Besides the countless reboot problems the phone has because of software i was completely happy with the phone.
After Contacting Nokia Regarding the reboots they told me to do a factory Default Restore, which i did and the phone began the reinstall. on doing so the phone switched off and would not go past the Nokia Logo Screen
I returned the Phone on the 30th December to MTN Store. They Consultant wasn't sure if the phone should be sent away for repairs or swopped out. after a few moments she booked in the phone and sent it to the repair center.
For the Last 2 weeks i haven't heard anything regarding the phone and on Monday 14th January i called the store again just to find out that the store finally received the phone
I Sent my Sister to collect the phone and i advised her to check the condition of the phone before taking it back, she showed the rep that the phone had scratches on the screen, The Rep said she doesn't see anything. I Got the Phone back on Monday Night, and there are scratches all over the screen.
I'm sorry but why should i accept this phone with all these scratches that was new when i returned it
