I have been struggling with iBurst a few months ago where the iBurst retailer sold me incorrect hardware to experience optimal services which I pay for where my connection was really slow and stalled for two days before purchasing a correct 2mb wireless rooter (which should have been part of my purchase from the beginning) and a booster antenna upon suggestion from iBurst head office. My connection was better for a month and I decided to upgrade my internet package. Recently there has been very slow connections and I just think that this is what iBurst has to offer. The short and long of it is that I want to down grade my package at iBurst and seek another ISP that will actually give me what I pay for but be warned that there are quite a hefty penalty that must be paid in order to downgrade (although the downgrade is effective immediately, I loose the data that I have paid for and I must pay the R1200 penalty...) I would not recommend iBurst to anyone! Please make sure before you sign a contract! Internet is supposed to make your life easier... iBurst is not part of this integration! I know this will not be replied on, the same as with emails.
