I logged a fault with Telkom in Oct last year to remove a pole from my vacant erf before building as there are 2 poles on my property and the one is not being used. I received no response and when i followed up no record of my fault could be found so i had to log a new fault. The dialogue no is 729710 and i was told to wait about 4-5 days for a response. It has been about 2 weeks and nobody has yet phoned me from Telkom!
