On November 2012 I took out a contract with cellc, after a few days i received the device (SAMSUNG GALAXY S3). Within a week after i received the phone i discovered that cellc does not offer insurance for devices anymore. I then decided that i don't want the contract anymore. since it was within 7 days after i received the device, i then called cellc to cancel the contract. They confirmed that it can be cancelled, they sent a courier company to come collect the phone. The device was collected on the 21-Dec-2012 by RAM couriers, reference SP8606172. Cell c sms'd the reference: 3020100151, and OB076323. I was told i will be charged some fees since i opened the device's box. But to my surprise my bank account is still being debited for a device i don't have. every month an amount of R369 is deducted from my account by cellc. I would like to have this matter resolved and all the incorrect debits to be refunded back to my account.
