So it took Telkom almost 2 Months to install a line and every time they have some kind of an excuse. At the end I told them to cancel the line as I refuse to pay for a service that I am not getting. After much effort they finally cancelled the line and I ask them what would happen to my Deposit of R 700.00. I was informed that the deposit will be allocated to my running account. It has now again been 3 weeks and the deposit is still not allocated. I was only gone pay the difference of my account but due to their slow paste and not allocating the money they suspended my account. I phoned them and wanted know what is going on and they said that the allocation will only show on my next statement. When they wanted a deposit I paid it immediately but now I have to wait for them to give me back my deposit. You service is pafetic!
