Cellc need more staff like Viven from Repairs JBH

I have been sending mails complaining about my phone OBF however it was still withen the 7 days since December 31 hower no one at cellc bothered to do anything, I was told that my phone was delivered to me but did not have the phone i had been complainting to a bunch of illiterate idots that work at cellc and have no customer care ethics i would even get mail returns were by my mail was not read. I had then instructed my bank to place a stop order on my cellc debit, until on Friday 26/4/2013 we had managed to speak to Viven or Vivan from the cellc direct repairs department in JHB w had looked at the phone accessed it and noted that I h ave to be replaced with a new blackberry hadset on 30/04/2013 at 15.40 I had Ram couriers deliver a new phone to me. Hats off to Viven from repairs and i would appreciate if this message can be forwarded directly to Vivan by have staff like Viven i am 100% certain cellc wil get more clients signing up contracts with cellc.
