I just want CellC to stop their nonsense of allowing the third party to debit money on our CONTRACT without our concern. Last week I was debited on my account of CONTRACT more than what me and CellC agreed. When I called them at the Call center, they simply said unfortunately they cannot help me and all they can do is to advice me and gave me the third parties number. When I called that number is forever engaged or not answered. At the end I must pay for the services that I am not using and pay more than what we agreed on the CONTRACT! I want to warn the Clients especially those who are using CellC data CONTRACT to think before they sign the contract. CellC might look cheaper than other network but when you have signed the Contract it look far expensive than other service providers. Rather use other network operators than CellC, even if they are expensive at least you will pay according to the CONTRACT. recently advice my children, my peers at work and church
