My ADSL line has been faulty for the past 3 weeks. I've phoned telkom several times to get it fixed. A technician came out and installed new line from the pole to my house, I've reported it again to say it was not the problem. I've talk to a technician on the 27th and he said he would come out the same day to my house. I've waited the whole day and no one pitch up ans the same happened on the 29th. I talked to the supervisor on the 30th and he told me that there will a technician at my house 8:30 today the 1st and still no one pitch up. I don't know what to do anymore.
