I'd suggest Vodacom not hire ex-bouncers at their customer care centres. Accompanied my girlfriend to sort out some issue with her sim card at the Vodacom customer 'care' centre on Nelson Mandela Square. The bouncer-type guy there was too juiced up to hear us out and rudely sent us off to another counter. Once there we said that they should not put her recently restored iPhone through their iTunes as she had her own iTunes account. An altercation ensued, and I had some harsh words with the Vodacom bouncer. He then followed me out of the store and threatened physical violence, grabbing me by the neck and pulling my clothes. This was OUTSIDE the store.!!!
