1st month on us???

I went to Virgin Active in middle of January 2013 to inquire regarding Discovery Vitality with Virgin active.
ive explained to the consultant that I am in the process of activating my vitality on my Discovery medical aid and once its activated i would pay the activation fee to join this way. She came up with the idee that Virgin is running a special in January that the month of January there is no cost and Jaunuary are on us and once my vitality is activated with my medical aid we could just pay the joining fee at the end of January for vitaliry of - R900 per person.

27th of January they debited my account with a monthly subscription fee? After this werent the agreement ive phoned to cancell this membership because this werent the agreement.

it seems that Virgin active's consultants would rather mislead a client to sign a contract and earn a commision than building a honest relationship.

if i wanted a gym contract i would of asked for one and would not activated my vitality.

I would rather drive 15km further and go to Planet fitness in Benoni then being another contract for Virgin Active.
